Thai kick pads. Trainers use these in the ring to teach you how to punch and to kick correctly. Kicking the pads for 5 rounds is hard and builds stamina. With each passing day you will feel stronger in the ring.

Afternoon training session includes: shadow boxing, kicking pads woth your trainer, working the bags, teachinque and grappling (clinching). Some days we do western boxing, and teach the Wai Kru.

The gym shop. We sell authentic Twins muay thai gear: gloves, shots, kick pads, belly pads, shin guards, ankle guards, mouth guards, singlets, t-shirts, focus mitts, etc.
Namsaknoi and Tuk teaching technique.

Yanui Beach, 3 KM from the gym. Bring bread, the fish will come and eat it from your hands.

Naiharn Beach, 3 KM from the gym. On Saturdays we usually run to Naiharn and train in the beach. It's quite an amazing sight seeing all the students and trainers on the beach. We then go swimming of course!
